Overview
This video was produced as part of Samsung Electronics’ 2025 spring recruitment campaign, in collaboration with Cheil Worldwide. It was featured directly on the official recruitment page alongside job descriptions, with the goal of helping applicants better understand the work culture and roles before applying.
At its core, the video addresses the emotional reality faced by many South Korean job seekers, over 21% of whom report being “at rest” due to job insecurity. It encourages these young adults to feel seen, valued, and connected—while portraying the company’s creative, inclusive, and human-centered culture.

Process
• Developed the concept and narrative around empathy and identity, aligned with Samsung's brand philosophy
• Directed CG sequences showcasing symbolic personal items from real employees (e.g., desk accessories, wardrobe choices)
• Ensured the visual tone communicated warmth and openness, while remaining consistent with Samsung's brand identity
Outcome/Results
The video was launched on Samsung’s official 2025 recruitment site, placed alongside job postings to help candidates gain a deeper understanding of the company's environment. It was praised for adding a warm, emotional touch to the typically formal recruitment experience—bridging the gap between corporate identity and personal connection. The project also strengthened internal morale by highlighting the unique personalities of real employees.
